Volume Shadow Copy Error
It has an 18GB Hard Drive with 11GB free. The event viewer logs the following message: Event ID: 21 Source: VolSnap The flush and hold operation for volume C: was aborted because of low available system memory. It will force allocating a space for Shadow Copy storage area on this partition. Then create one restore point and rerun those vssadmin commands. There must be no error from any writer. The message above is what the event viewer show and the MS KnowledgeBase has no information on it. Basically what is happening is my Veritas 9.1 backup is having a failure with the Writer Metadata. I've installed the hotfix 833167 and still the problem exists. Has anyone seen this and/or has a workaround?
