volsnap and recent failed net framework update
In event viewer, I get two errors. The first is a disk error saying that my main hard disk has a bad block. The second is a VolSnap error that says "the shadown copies of volume C: were aborted because of an IO error on volume C:. Since these errors have been happening, I cannot properly perform a back-up.
